Rav Weinberger explained that the Beis Hamikdash is not merely a physical structure, but is built through the collective ‘gold’ and ‘silver’ found within every individual Jew. The Rav emphasized that we must look for the inherent holiness and unique positive qualities in one another, which is the true essence of building the sanctuary.

He encouraged his young listeners to recognize their status as Hashem’s chosen people and to treat themselves and others with the respect due to those who carry that divine spark. It was a big chizuk for the campers, the staff and the entire camp.
