IDF, ISA Eliminate Hamas Terrorist Who Infiltrated Israel on Oct. 7, Along With 2 Others in Northern Gaza
JERUSALEM (VINnews) – The Israel Defense Forces and Israel Security Agency announced Tuesday that they eliminated a Hamas terrorist who infiltrated Israeli territory during the Oct. 7, 2023, massacre, along with two additional Hamas operatives in a joint strike in the northern Gaza Strip.
The primary target was Abdallah Jahja, a member of the naval force of Hamas’ military wing. Jahja entered Israel during the Oct. 7 attack and, throughout the war and in recent days, advanced maritime terror attacks targeting IDF troops and Israeli civilians, the IDF and ISA said.
Also killed in the operation were Mohammed Al-Hawari, a cell commander in Hamas’ Zeitoun Battalion, and Sabhi Saqallah, an observation operative in the same battalion. Both had advanced terror attacks against IDF forces and Israeli civilians, according to the announcement.
The IDF and ISA said the three were eliminated to remove the ongoing threat they posed.
