Melania and Barron Trump Targeted By Iran In Disturbing Video Encouraging Their Assassination
Iran’s anti-American propaganda campaign has taken a disturbing new turn, with a newly released video reportedly encouraging supporters of the Islamic regime to assassinate First Lady Melania Trump while also threatening the President’s son, Barron Trump. The video follows a series of threatening displays in Tehran directed at President Donald Trump and members of his family amid soaring tensions between Washington and Tehran.
The propaganda video, titled “How to Kill Melania Trump,” reportedly features images of the First Lady traveling in her motorcade and visiting various locations throughout New York City. It also identifies several high-end designer stores she is known to frequent, a detail that has heightened concerns over the video’s explicit nature.
Toward the conclusion of the video, the threats expand to include Barron Trump, 20, making him the latest member of the President’s family to be singled out in the regime’s propaganda campaign.
The video comes just days after massive billboards appeared across Tehran displaying calls for the deaths of President Trump and several of his family members, including Melania Trump, Barron Trump, and Ivanka Trump. The displays were part of an increasingly aggressive messaging campaign that has featured images and slogans threatening retaliation against the President and his relatives.
Melania Trump has maintained a relatively low public profile in recent weeks. She did not attend Friday night’s White House Correspondents Association dinner, with a source close to the First Lady telling the New York Post that she had a “scheduling conflict.”
