Thousands Of Hezbollah Terrorist Facilities Uncovered In Southern Lebanon Villages, IDF Says
JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Israeli Defense Forces troops operating under the Northern Command have uncovered thousands of Hezbollah facilities in southern Lebanon in recent months, the military said, revealing a widespread network of command centers, weapons depots, launch sites and underground infrastructure embedded deep within civilian villages.
The discoveries came during ongoing operations aimed at eliminating threats to Israeli civilians posed by the Iran-backed terrorist organization, according to an IDF statement. Soldiers found living quarters, observation posts, large quantities of weapons and other military assets that Hezbollah had established over years inside Lebanese villages.

The IDF said Hezbollah deliberately built this operational network within civilian areas, turning the villages into strategically valuable locations for its activities while exploiting and endangering the local Lebanese population.
“Over the years, Hezbollah established a broad operational network within villages in southern Lebanon, embedding terrorist infrastructure deep within civilian areas,” the military said.

The operations continue as part of efforts to dismantle the group’s capacity to attack Israel from across the border
