FORT LAUDERDALE (VINnews)-Antisemitic U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan is in South Florida this Friday to campaign for progressive primary challengers.

She is backing Oliver Larkin against Rep. Jared Moskowitz, Elijah Manley against Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and state Rep. Angie Nixon against Alex Vindman in the U.S. Senate race.

The main event is a late-night “Chomp the Vote” rally in Broward aimed at generating last-minute energy before Tuesday’s primary.

The original venue in Wilton Manors canceled late Thursday after pushback from state Rep. Michael Gottlieb and others who said the event targeted Jewish incumbents and featured anti-Israel voices.

Organizers say they have moved it to The Downtown Event Center in Fort Lauderdale and plan to continue as scheduled.

Tlaib is also set for a dinner in Miami Beach and a volunteer event in Lauderdale Lakes.

Early voting in Florida ends Sunday.
