WATCH: A large crowd participated in Monday’s Hachnosas Sefer Torah, held l’ilui nishmas HaYeled Mordechai A"H, son of Boro Park Shomrim volunteer Reb Dovy Fisher. The Sefer Torah was brought to the Zera Shimshon Beis HaMedrish on 54th Street near 16th Avenue, led by HaRav Shmiel Dovid Taub Shlita.
