How should you feel on Rosh Hashanah? Joyful that Hashem is revealing Himself as King, or frightened by the knowledge that your future is being decided? In this powerful shmuz, Rabbi Shafier explores the surprising tension at the heart of Rosh Hashanah and why both emotions belong. He also tackles a question many of us struggle with: if we really believe so much is being decided, why is it still so hard to daven with urgency? Discover two powerful ideas that can make the reality of Rosh Hashanah feel real, transform the way you daven, and change the way you walk into shul this year.
