You've decided what needs to change. You've made a plan. You're determined that this time will be different. So why do we so often find ourselves right back where we started? In this eye-opening shmuz, Rabbi Shafier reveals a missing piece in the way many of us approach teshuvah: real change isn't something we're expected to accomplish on our own. Through the surprising story of Rabbi Meir and the biryonim, discover the extraordinary power of tefillah to change a person's heart, and how combining honest effort with asking Hashem for help can make this year's commitment to change actually last.
