The automatic fire suppression system at the Citgo gas station located at the intersection of Route 59 and Requa Lane was accidentally activated, prompting a response from the Monsey Fire Department and Chaverim of Rockland. Hatzolah EMS also responded to the scene and treated one patient for inhalation of fire extinguisher discharge. The incident remains under control.
