The Rockland County Highway Department announced that road work will continue through Thursday as crews complete the final phase of improvements on several county roads, with motorists advised to expect delays.

Work is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, through Thursday, July 16 on Convent Road between the Palisades Interstate Parkway and Western Highway in Orangetown, Bradley Hill Road from Greenbush Road to the end of the roadway in Orangetown, and Convent Road from Scotland Hill Road to Green Hill Court in Clarkstown.

Additional paving work is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, and Thursday, July 16 in Orangetown on Greenbush Road from Route 303 South to Clausland Mountain Road, Greenbush Road from Clausland Mountain Road to Route 303 North, and Tweed Boulevard from Route 9W to Clausland Mountain Road.

All work is weather permitting, and drivers should plan for delays and consider alternate routes when possible.
