A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Van Orden Avenue near Dutch Lane. The victim sustained serious injuries and was unconscious at the scene before being transported by Spring Hill EMS to Westchester Medical Center. The Spring Valley Police Department, Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, and New York State Police and the Clarkstown Police Accident Investigation Team responded to the incident. A name for Tehillim isn’t needed in this incident.
