Hezbollah is reportedly preparing a large-scale military escalation against Israel that would include intensive attacks on communities in northern Israel, according to Lebanese sources cited by the Arab news outlet Iram News.

According to the report, the terror organization is awaiting a green light from Iran before launching any major offensive and has already begun reinforcing its front-line positions north of the Litani River.

Lebanese sources told the outlet that Hezbollah’s decision to escalate will depend on the extent of future U.S. military action against Iran following the recent resumption of hostilities, or whether Washington gives Israel approval to strike additional strategic infrastructure deep inside Iran.

The report states that Hezbollah’s primary operational plan is to focus its attacks on northern Israeli communities. The timing of the offensive—referred to as “Zero Hour”—would reportedly not be determined by Hezbollah itself, but instead dictated directly by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps based on regional developments and the broader confrontation involving the United States.

As part of its preparations, Hezbollah is said to be quietly stockpiling food, fuel, weapons, and other supplies for an extended conflict. The group has also reportedly begun moving terrorists under heavy secrecy to designated hideouts and forward positions near the border.

According to the report, once the order is given, Hezbollah forces would rapidly redeploy and launch coordinated terror attacks on northern Israel with close Iranian support.

The report further claims that the planned offensive is intended to form part of a broader multi-front regional conflict. Any decision to begin hostilities would reportedly be coordinated from a joint command center in Tehran operated by the IRGC’s Quds Force, rather than being made independently by Hezbollah’s leadership in Beirut.
