The Viznitzer chassidus in Monsey has been growing by leaps and bounds in recent years, and to accommodate the growth, the kehillah announced that beginning this week, one of the upstairs galleries will be designated for men.
This change will add hundreds of seats for the yungeleit who have been unable to purchase seats in the Beis Medrash due to lack of space--despite other efforts to provide more space.
Thus, the northern gallery--which has served the women of the kehillah untill today--will now serve the men, and the bavarfen's, which used to take place there, will now come from the southern side.
