A 7-year-old girl was seriously injured Sunday after being struck by a bus while riding a scooter on Harav Kowalsky Street in Bnei Brak.

United Hatzalah volunteers Ze’evi Fishman, Ilai Yehuda and Nachman Fried treated the child at the scene before she was transported to Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikvah.

“We were told at the scene that the accident involved a bus and a girl riding a scooter,” the volunteers said. “We provided her with medical treatment before she was taken to Beilinson Hospital suffering from injuries to her head and limbs. Her condition was listed as serious.”

The family is asking the public to daven for Efrat bas Yael Yoela for a refuah sheleima.
