Israel has reportedly raised its military alert level and reinforced its air defense systems amid growing expectations that the United States could launch a major strike against Iran. According to Israeli media, the IDF has conducted emergency readiness drills involving the Air Force and Military Intelligence, with officials assessing that any U.S. attack would likely trigger an Iranian response against Israel.

Reports from Iran indicate heightened military activity, including the evacuation of some military bases, movement of missile launchers and armored vehicles, and increased security preparations in several parts of the country. Long lines have also been reported at gas stations in Tehran as residents rush to refuel amid fears of an imminent escalation.

In response to the rising tensions, the United States has issued a travel advisory covering the Middle East, while several allied countries—including the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and India—have urged their citizens to leave the region. U.S. embassies across the Middle East have also issued security alerts warning Americans to prepare for possible flight disruptions, airspace closures, and a rapid deterioration of the security situation.

Meanwhile, Gulf nations are reportedly urging Washington to avoid further escalation out of concern that Iranian retaliation could target oil and energy infrastructure. Separately, The Telegraph reported that the U.S. and Israel are exploring the possibility of increasing economic pressure on Iran by encouraging neighboring countries to restrict cross-border trade, although no such plan has been officially announced.
