The Town of Clarkstown Parks and Recreation Department is launching a new online platform aimed at making it easier for residents to register for recreational activities, camps and other programs.

The new system, operated through REC, will allow residents to create an account, add members of their household and manage upcoming recreation registrations online.

Town officials are encouraging residents to set up their accounts before program registrations open so they are prepared once programs become available.

After creating an account, users should add their spouse and children under age 23 as household members, as some programs and activities may be registered by family.

Residents can begin setting up their accounts at rec.us/clarkstown.
