As reported earlier today on Rockland Daily, an accident on the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway near Exit 11 resulted in a Mass Casualty Incident after multiple people were injured, including three patients who were initially listed in critical condition.

Due to the severity of the accident and number of injured patients, each victim was immediately transported to the hospital in a separate ambulance. Hospitals had additional doctors, nurses, and trauma teams waiting for the patients to arrive so they could begin treatment immediately, Abe Rosenberg, from Rockland Hatzoloh told Rockland Daily.

Three patients have already been discharged Bh, while a few others remain under observation. The patients who were critically injured have since stabilized and are expected to be released in the coming days Bezras Hashem, in what can only be described as miraculous recoveries.
