Construction on the new Bais Levi Yitzchok shul in Pomona is entering its final stages, with the kehillah working toward opening the building in time for Rosh Hashanah.

The project has moved forward rapidly over the past year. What began as a vacant site with foundations and underground infrastructure has since developed into a fully enclosed building, with the roof, windows, insulation, and much of the internal framework already in place.

Crews are now focused on completing the interior, installing the remaining electrical, HVAC, fire-safety, and other building systems, and finishing the exterior, parking areas, and surrounding site.

Plans for the new building include a spacious main shul, a dedicated ezras nashim, learning areas, and additional rooms that will be used for shiurim, programs, community gatherings, and other activities.

The new shul is being built to provide a permanent and larger home for Bais Levi Yitzchok, which has served the Pomona community for nearly a decade and has outgrown its current space.

Recently released construction photos and architectural renderings show both the progress already completed and the planned final design, which features high ceilings, large windows, and warm interior finishes.
