Lakewood Township has expanded public parking in the downtown area with the addition of nearly 30 new spaces at Lakewood’s Red Square.

The new spaces connects to the existing municipal parking lot immediately to the east, providing motorists with additional parking in the heart of downtown Lakewood.

The newly added spaces are now available for public use. Parking is permitted on weekdays, while parking is prohibited on Saturdays and Sundays.

The addition provides more parking capacity in the busy downtown area, where available spaces are often limited.
