Disturbing security footage captures the moment a terrorist approaches a Jewish man near Al-Auja, north of Jericho, pulls a knife and repeatedly stabs him from behind before fleeing.

The victim, identified as 24-year-old Elhanan Hananya, had stopped along Route 90 while traveling with his pregnant wife on a family trip. He was evacuated to Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Medical Center in moderate but stable condition and is expected to undergo surgery.

The IDF has launched a major manhunt involving special forces and Israeli Air Force assets, with troops searching Al-Auja, Jericho and the surrounding area, questioning suspects and gathering intelligence. As of the latest military update, the terrorist remains at large.
