PALM COAST, Fla. — PALM COAST, Fla. — The Chabad Jewish Center of Palm Coast has purchased a permanent home at 1 Yacht Club Drive after a decade of building Jewish life in the Florida community.

Palm Coast, in Flagler County on Florida’s northeast coast, has about 100,000 residents. The local Jewish community is relatively small but has grown over the past decade, with Chabad serving Jewish residents in Palm Coast and surrounding communities.

The city is about 30 miles south of St. Augustine and 25 miles north of Daytona Beach, and roughly 290 miles north of Miami.

Rabbi Levi and Tzivie Ezagui, who lead Chabad of Palm Coast, announced the purchase and said the new center is expected to open in early 2027.

The property will undergo renovations and improvements before opening as a permanent Jewish center serving the local community.

The Chabad center said the purchase marks a new chapter after 10 years of establishing Jewish life in Palm Coast.

“Ten years ago, we began with a dream. Today, we have a home,” the center said.

The center credited supporters and community members who helped make the purchase possible and said it plans to transform the property into a “warm and vibrant Jewish center” that will serve the community for generations.

The new center is expected to provide a permanent location for Jewish programs, services and community events as Chabad continues to expand its presence in the area.
