Boro Park Comes Together for the Family of Rabbi Tzvi Zev Berger z”l
Community Unites to Establish a Keren Yesomim for the Widow and Orphans
Boro Park has lost a legend, a person who was there for so many.
Rabbi Tzvi Zev Berger z”l was a respected Dayan, a role model, and someone whose door and heart were always open. He listened to everyone, carried the pain of so many, gave chizuk, and helped countless individuals and families throughout the community.
His sudden passing while on vacation just two weeks ago left his family, friends, and the entire Boro Park community shocked and heartbroken.
Today, Boro Park is coming together to show its support for Rabbi Berger’s widow and orphans through a special campaign to establish a Keren Yesomim that will help provide financial security for his family.
Rabbi Berger’s brother-in-law, Yossi Sicherman, is making a personal plea to the community:
Please help us establish the Keren Yesomim for the family and give Reb Tzvi Zev z”l’s neshama an aliyah, knowing that the family he left behind is being financially taken care of.
Please open your heart and donate generously today.
