A historic moment took place Sunday afternoon at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, as Rav Shneur Kotler, son of Rosh HaYeshiva HaRav Arye Malkiel Kotler Shlit”a, delivered his first shiur in the Yoshon Bais Medrash.

The shiur drew a large crowd of talmidim who gathered in the storied Bais Medrash for the milestone occasion.

Rav Shneur Kotler is a grandson of the late Lakewood Rosh HaYeshiva HaRav Shneur Kotler Zt”l, after whom he is named, adding special significance to the occasion.
