Israeli commandos arrested Arab terrorist Imam Hazem in Jenin, northern Judea & Samaria, this morning after the IDF said he was planning to carry out a terror attack in Israel.

Hazem is the son of Fathi Hazem, who was killed last week while attempting to stab Israeli troops in Jenin. His brother, Raad Hazem, was the terrorist who murdered three Israelis in a shooting attack in Tel Aviv in 2022.

Following his father’s killing, Imam “expressed his intentions to carry out a terror attack against Israeli civilians and security forces,” according to the military. Duvdevan Commando Unit soldiers apprehended him during an operation this morning.

In a separate raid in the village of Sanur near Jenin yesterday, Israeli troops detained another Arab terrorist who the IDF says was planning an attack against Israeli civilians.
