(JNS) – The article, which the U.S. president shared on social media, addresses a request from the National Association of Christian Lawmakers and partners for the U.S. State Department and Department of Homeland Security to make “lawful, secure and appropriately expedited” immigration pathways for eligible Jewish Canadians and their families.

“These numbers represent more than statistics,” the group wrote. “They represent families who increasingly question whether they can safely send their children to Jewish schools, worship openly, display their faith publicly or continue building their lives in communities where they no longer feel secure.”
