Severe thunderstorms are expected across most of New Jersey Tuesday evening, mainly 5 p.m.–midnight. The biggest threats are 60+ mph damaging winds, large hail, flash flooding, and a few tornadoes. It will also feel very hot and humid, around 90–100°F.

Israel Channel 1 is reporting that only one gabbai per Rebbe or Rosh Yeshiva will be permitted to accompany the . The exception is the Satmar Rebbe, Rav Aharon, who has been granted permission to have two gabbaim accompany him. The Gedolim will first meet with members of the administration in the Roosevelt Room. At 2:00 p.m., they are scheduled to meet privately with President Trump without gabbaim. The Satmar Rebbe, Rav Aharon, is reportedly scheduled to have seven minutes of private conversation with President Trump.

- The first day of LSTA busing is underway today, and as expected, there are some delays as drivers get accustomed to their new routes. Some people have been waiting for a while at their stops. This year, there are also a number of routes that have not yet been picked up, resulting in more families turning to carpooling.

- Trump Meeting With Gedolim As of Tuesday, both Satmar Rebbes have confirmed that they will attend the meeting with Trump. The Vizhnitzer Monsey Rebbe and Bobover Rebbe have also confirmed their attendance, as has Lakewood Rosh Yeshiva Rav Malkiel Kotler shlita. The Skver Rebbe has not yet been confirmed. There is a possibility that he may send his son in his place, although there is reportedly pressure for the Rebbe himself to attend. His personal presence would give the meeting added significance and make it considerably more impactful.
