
Weekly Weather: Selichos Week Brings a Taste of the Fall Season

Williamsburg will see a beautiful stretch of early September weather this Selichos week, with plenty of sunshine, daytime temperatures mostly in the 80s, and cooler nights dropping into the mid-60s. Although Rosh Hashanah arrives earlier on the calendar this year, the cooler mornings and evenings will still begin bringing a subtle taste of the fall season.
Monday will be mainly sunny and pleasant, with a high around 80 degrees and a low of 64 degrees. The cooler evening temperatures will offer a refreshing change from the warmer summer nights of recent weeks.
Tuesday will feature partly cloudy skies, with temperatures climbing slightly to a high of 83 degrees and a low of 67 degrees.
Wednesday will be partly cloudy and warmer, with a high near 85 degrees and a low of 73 degrees, bringing the warmest nighttime temperatures of the week.
Thursday will feature a mix of sunshine and clouds, with a high around 85 degrees and a low of 67 degrees. Breezier conditions are expected, with winds reaching 10 to 20 mph at times.
