A sidewalk reconstruction project has been completed alongside the BP gas station at the corner of 18th Avenue and 60th Street.

Crews removed the existing sidewalk and poured a new concrete surface along the busy corner, replacing the deteriorated pavement and improving conditions for pedestrians.

Photos taken during the project show crews using heavy equipment to break apart the old concrete, with sections of the sidewalk fenced off as the work progressed.

Pedestrians were temporarily directed to use the opposite sidewalk while the work was being completed.

The newly rebuilt sidewalk is now complete, providing a fresh and improved pedestrian path along the gas station property.
