Question:

Dear Sir:

Thank you for all the good work that you do for us.

I would like to bring attention to The Lake and its walking path that offers much pleasure to all those who make use of it. I live near there and have observed a recent phenomena.

It appears that there is a group of vagrants that have made their presence on a bench at the lake with their shopping carts, and noise making it uncomfortable for families and children.
The fact that they use the area for their bodily functions creates a hazard both physically and emotionally for our families that are disturbed by these
actions.

Everybody can enjoy the lake but no one should be permitted to create a hazardous and scary presence at the lake.

It would also help if the lights worked on the path.
