Jackson Township Police are reassuring residents that there is no tiger roaming loose in the township after a viral social media video prompted multiple calls to 911.

Police said they contacted Six Flags Great Adventure following the online claims and confirmed that all animals at the park are accounted for and secured in their designated enclosures.

Authorities urged residents not to call 911 regarding the circulating video, saying unnecessary calls can tie up emergency lines and telecommunicators.
