WATCH: IDF DEMOLISHES Home of Terrorist Who Murdered Israeli Father Before Yom Kippur

Oct 7, 2026·1 min read

The IDF announced Wednesday that it had demolished the home of the terrorist who murdered Netanel Shukrun on the eve of Yom Kippur.

Shukrun, 36, had gone with his son to immerse in a natural spring before Yom Kippur, as is the custom of some Orthodox Jews. The spring was located near Neve Tzuf in Samaria.

The terrorist opened fire on the spring, striking the father of six, who was in his car. His son, who was also in the car, was unharmed. The terrorist then fled on foot but was captured hours later by IDF soldiers, who found him in a hospital in Ramallah.

The demolition took place in the town of Biddu, northwest of Jerusalem.

In addition, the IDF said it “destroyed monuments inciting terrorism and memorials to terrorists throughout the West Bank, as part of the effort against incitement to terror.” It also carried out counterterrorism raids throughout Judea and Samaria, arresting “dozens” of “terror inciters who expressed support for the October 7 massacre,” the military said.

“In addition, they arrested wanted individuals affiliated with Hamas and searched for weapons,” the military added.
