SCOOP: Farage Aide Meets Yair Netanyahu in Push to Strengthen Relationship Between Reform UK Leader and Israeli PM

Oct 8, 2026·1 min read

Nigel Farage’s personal assistant told Belaaz that she met Yair Netanyahu on Thursday as part of an effort to strengthen the relationship between the Reform UK leader and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The assistant said she is working to strengthen the relationship between the two leaders. Yair Netanyahu is the prime minister’s son. Farage, who leads Reform UK, is seeking to become Britain’s next prime minister.

The outreach comes as Farage has publicly called for closer ties between Britain and Israel. In September, he spoke by phone with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, discussing the relationship between the two countries.

Following that conversation, Farage told The Jerusalem Post that he had reaffirmed his “strong support for Israel” and stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation in trade, security, technology and innovation.

“I made clear that a Reform government would undo the damage done to this important relationship under Labour and rebuild it on the basis of shared interests and mutual respect,” Farage told the Jerusalem Post.

The assistant’s account to Belaaz points to an effort to strengthen ties with the Israeli prime minister through his son.
