For the second time recently, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned of a possible attack against Israel ahead of the election in two weeks — potentially as an attempt to influence the vote.

Speaking during a tour today, the Prime Minister said: “There are warnings here. Our enemies are thinking of testing us in these days ahead of the election. I warn them that we are prepared for every scenario.”

Netanyahu said Israel is prepared, “including for what is called ‘turning of the barrels.’ The IDF presented me and the Defense Minister with a bold and powerful plan. In such a case, I don’t advise our enemies to test us. You will meet a force here that you never dreamed of.”
