Following a first report on Belaaz, Chassidus Gur has published a call from the Gerrer Rebbe Shlita to vote for United Torah Judaism, bringing the disagreements to an end.

Gur officials stressed that the declaration is a call to vote only, not to actively work to bring out additional voters, a distinction that carries significance.

Belzer Chassidus also announced this evening, at the Shalosh Seudos tish, that chassidim are to vote for United Torah Judaism. The announcement was made by the gabbai, Reb Shimon Wolf Klein, in the presence of the Belzer Rebbe Shlita. Standing behind him were the community’s representatives, Deputy Minister Yisroel Eichler and Knesset candidate Elyakim Stark.
