Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to President Donald Trump’s endorsement of his re-election bid in a video released by Likud, urging undecided Israeli voters to “listen carefully” to what Trump said.

“I want to address the citizens of Israel who are still undecided about who to vote for. Please listen carefully to what President Trump said this evening,” Netanyahu says in the video.

Netanyahu said Trump “gave me his unreserved support, and he also explained why.” According to Netanyahu, Trump told him, “we did wonderful things together. We crushed Iran, we crushed the Iranian axis.”

“We removed the immediate threat of nuclear bombs against us. But there is still a mission to complete,” Netanyahu said. He said Trump will complete it together with him, and quoted Trump as saying, “I can’t do it with anyone else.”

“The partnership between us, which achieved so much, will complete in the next two years, maybe sooner, the elimination of the Iranian threat,” Netanyahu said.

Netanyahu told voters that the Iranian issue is “the biggest consideration.” “Everything else is important, but this is our very existence, the eternity of Israel. That is what’s at stake in this election,” he said.

“President Trump says, ‘I will do it,’” Netanyahu said, adding that Trump will do it “only with the two of us.” He closed by asking voters to listen to Trump, weigh things and vote Likud.
