IDF Eliminates Hamas Terrorist Who Took Part in Shani Louk’s Abduction on October 7
The IDF and Shin Bet carried out a strike on Monday in the Jabaliya area of the Gaza Strip, eliminating Tamer Mohammed Ibrahim al-Sabaa, a Nukhba terrorist in Hamas’s military wing.
According to the IDF and Shin Bet, al-Sabaa infiltrated Israeli territory and took part in the abduction of the late Shani Louk during the October 7 massacre.
In a joint statement, the IDF and Shin Bet said his elimination “marks an important closing of the circle” for both organizations, adding that they “will continue to act forcefully against the terrorists who took part in the October 7 massacre.”
According to the statement, “throughout the war, and particularly in recent times, the terrorist advanced terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians and worked to rebuild the capabilities of the Hamas terror organization, while systematically violating the ceasefire. The terrorist was eliminated from the air in order to remove the threat he posed.”
According to the IDF, al-Sabaa was the last member of the cell that abducted Louk still at large. Five terrorists took part in the abduction: four have now been eliminated, and one was arrested and is imprisoned in Israel.
