Pico-Robertson Public Safety Meeting Tonight — Residents Invited To Speak Up Residents concerned about crime, traffic, street racing and pedestrian safety have an opportunity to speak directly with local public safety officials tonight. The South Robertson Neighborhoods Council Public Safety Committee is meeting tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Kosher Pizza Station, 8965 W. Pico Blvd. SORO’s website confirms a Public Safety Committee meeting is scheduled for September 2. Among the issues on tonight’s agenda are LAPD staffing and patrol deployment, street vendor enforcement, street racing on Beverly Drive, traffic and pedestrian safety improvements, impacts from new housing developments, and JDF patrol updates. The meeting is open to the community, giving residents a chance to raise neighborhood safety concerns directly with those working on the issues.
