Man Accused of Threatening Councilman Yitzy Schleifer After Denying Zoning Request A Pikesville man is accused of threatening Baltimore City Councilman Isaac “Yitzy” Schleifer following a zoning denial involving a proposed methadone clinic on Park Heights Avenue. Schleifer opposed the request to place the methadone clinic on Park Heights. Months later, the written threats began, including alleged threats to attack him while he was walking on Shabbos.
