New Scrip Program Introduced for our Community A new Scrip Program is being introduced in Baltimore to replace the longtime program previously operated through the Agudah of Baltimore. The new program, established through will allow community members to purchase certificates to give to Meshulachim while also helping support local mosdos. The certificates can be accepted by Meshulachim anywhere, both in Baltimore and out of town.
