Chabad At UCF Hosts Kosher Tailgate Before Knights Kickoff Chabad at the University of Central Florida, known on campus as JEWCF, hosted a kosher tailgate before the Knights opened the season Thursday night at Acrisure Bounce House. Jewish students and friends gathered on campus ahead of the 7 p.m. kickoff against Bethune-Cookman. The setup was simple and very UCF: kosher food, tefillin, and game-day energy before the Knights rolled to a 73-6 win. UCF has one of the largest Jewish student populations of any campus outside Israel. For many students, a kosher tailgate is the difference between showing up to the Bounce House with the crowd or sitting the pregame out. Florida Scoop’s Take: Knights football and Jewish campus life can share the same parking lot. Charge On.
