Job Road, was sold by 6627 West Boynton LLC, care of Miami-based Boulder Group and Union Investment Real Estate. The buyer was Real Sub LLC, a subsidiary of Lakeland-based Publix. Property data firm Vizzda confirmed the parties in the deal. The price worked out to $436 per square foot. It last traded for $79.5 million in 2021, so it traded for a modest discount. That could be a reflection of higher interest rates hurting the value of commercial properties. Fountains of Boynton was built on the 20.9-acre site between 1995 and 2020. It’s anchored by a 56,893-square-foot Publix. Other tenants include LA Fitness, Oyako Sushi, Duffy’s Sports Grill, Hand & Stone Massage, and MD Now Urgent Care. Publix often buys out its landlords. Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center expect slightly fewer storms than average during the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season. But abnormally warm water in the Atlantic makes it more likely that at least one very large, destructive hurricane will form. Tens of millions of people live in places that are threatened by flooding from heavy hurricane-driven rain, wind damage and coastal storm surge. The states at risk from hurricanes include large swaths of the eastern and southern U.S., including inland areas in Appalachia and the Northeast. The official 2026 forecast calls for 8 to 14 storms in the Atlantic between June 1 and November 30. The average number of storms for an Atlantic hurricane season is 14.

Florida is becoming a growing center for research and treatments aimed at slowing or reversing biological aging, as scientists and private clinics increasingly focus on the difference between a person’s biological and chronological age. Researchers say biological age measures how old a person’s cells, tissues and organs appear to be, which may differ from the number of years a person has lived.
