Hey - quick note because this thing has genuinely blown me away. I've been using Instinct for a couple weeks now and it's become my personal assistant. I tied it into my business Claude and my ChatGPT and connected my Amazon account, and it just gets things done: it handled a return and got me a label without the usual fee runaround, today it got me a FULL refund on sneakers that fell apart within a year - return label included - and then it got JetBlue to waive the fee for an extra suitcase on my flight tonight (I'm down to Mosaic 1, so only one free bag - it got the second bag waived as a courtesy). It can even work on my computer remotely through Chrome Remote Desktop. Best part: I connected my account to my mother's account. She doesn't know how to call an Uber or do any of that - now she has her own assistant. She uses it for her Ubers, her Amazon returns, whatever she needs - and I can get it to remind her of things and do things for her. For her it's a whole new world. Two honest limits I've hit: there's a daily browser cap (resets at midnight), and on WhatsApp after roughly 500 messages in a day it stops sending - but it tells you, and you can pick it up over email and still send it voice notes. Neither is a dealbreaker. It's so powerful it's honestly a little ridiculous.
