I run a short-term rental business and have over 1,000 transactions coming in every month from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Stripe and other platforms. I have software that is supposed to match everything up, but it doesn’t properly reconcile with the bank, so I usually have to manually go through each payment and compare it with the payout tabs on all the different platforms. I’ve tried doing this before with the paid versions of ChatGPT and Claude, but they struggled with the volume, got part of the way through and then hit limits, stopped or ran into bugs. With Instinct, I was able to log into all my platforms, go through the payout sections and reconcile every single payment. Even when one payout covered two different properties, it was able to work out how much belonged to each one. Whatnot shut my seller account a fee months ago , been trying to reinstate with appeals but to no avail. On top of that I've been sending them emails and messages about releasing the funds that they were holding of mine, which was a few thousand dollars, and they were ignoring me. instinct went ahead and sent them one last threatening email, giving them 2 weeks to respond. Instinct took all my listings from eBay and put them on Poshmark for me… also set up that when an item sells on one platform to automatically remove the listing from the other site Careful bec it made some mistakes with the images and added random photos from online… I saw the mistake and it corrected most of them

Just thought I’d share, I got a parking ticket in NY for parking in a sidewalk. I sent a picture of the ticket to instinct and asked it to find any reason to fight the ticket. It sent this in on the city portal and got the ticket dismissed! I plead not guilty to this parking violation because the place of occurrence is misdescribed. The TEA entered 'N/S Kimball St, 0ft W/of Avenue P.' Kimball Street runs north and south, so it has no north side - its sides are east and west. The legend printed on the ticket itself states 'N/S = Not Shown,' so on the face of the ticket the side of the street, a required part of the place of occurrence, is either impossible or not shown. The offset 'W/of Avenue P' likewise cannot describe a location on Kimball Street, where distance from Avenue P can only run north or south. The place of occurrence therefore does not unambiguously describe an existing location. I certify that the attached exhibits - the parking ticket, the NYC DOT Parking Sign Locator map, and Google Maps/Street View images of Kimball Street and Avenue P - are true and accurate reproductions of the originals as they existed on the date this ticket was issued. Please dismiss this ticket.

Been chasing BA & UNITED to reimburse my $1200 of expenditures due to a missed flight where both airlines were involved and baggage was delayed for 48 hrs. For 6 months I got ping-pong bounced around between the two airlines and both refused to accept responsibility. Gave all the email history and receipts to Instinct and it started chasing both, then escalating the claims to both and eventually moving the claim to a DOT claim and citing the Montreal convention.
