Baltimore County Council Votes to Give Themselves 74% Raise The Baltimore County Council has voted to give council members a 74% pay raise, starting after the election this November. District 2 (which includes Pikesville), council member Izzy Patoka (D), voted in favor of the increase. The increase is expected to cost taxpayers an extra $458,750 a year for the nine-member council.
