A tractor-trailer hits an overpass and overturns on the southbound New York State Thruway, just before the Tappan Zee Bridge. Nyack Fire Department, Nyack EMS, Rockland Paramedics, and New York State Police responded to the scene. Heavy traffic is reported in the area as crews work to clear the overturned truck.
