IDF eliminates Hamas commanders involved in October 7 and Gaza attacks

The IDF struck the Al-Shati area in the northern Gaza Strip on Tuesday and eliminated four Nukhba commanders from the Beit Lahia battalion in the military wing of the Hamas terrorist organization.
The IDF on Wednesday confirmed the identities of the terrorists:
* Muhammad Hamdi Ahmad Al-Masri, a Nukhba company commander who advanced terror attacks against IDF troops.
* Samed Samir Harb Abu Habal, a Nukhba platoon commander who infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7th Massacre.
* Muhammad Attar, a Nukhba platoon commander who was involved in advancing and carrying out terrorist attacks against IDF troops.
* Muhammad Fathi Hussein Nasser, a Nukhba platoon commander who was involved in advancing and carrying out terrorist attacks against IDF troops.

According to the IDF, the commanders' activities posed a threat to IDF troops and were therefore eliminated in an aerial strike to remove the threat they posed.
The IDF stressed that before the strike, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance.
The military pledged that it will continue to operate in accordance with international law and take measures to mitigate harm to civilians prior to conducting strikes.
