Israel Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Amir Ambarbar, a 23-year-old from Ramla who left Israel on April 20, 2026, and entered Japan on August 2.
His whereabouts are unknown since then.
On Thursday, his family granted permission to the police to publicize his disappearance.
The police described Amir as approximately 1.70 meters (5’7″) tall, with a slim build, brown hair, and black eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Israel Police emergency hotline at 100 or the Ramla Police Station at 08-9279444.
