State Senate candidate Joe Rand continued his community outreach Wednesday evening in Montebello, where residents gathered to hear his vision for Rockland County.

Held at the Stern Residence, the event gave residents an opportunity to meet Rand, ask questions, and discuss issues affecting their families and communities.
