
Meet & Greet for Rockland DA Tom Walsh Brings Together Community Leaders, Askonim and Elected Officials {PHOTOS}
Community leaders, Askonim and elected officials gathered Thursday afternoon for a special meet-and-greet with Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh at the home of longtime community leader and law enforcement chaplain Rabbi Abe Friedman in Airmont.
The gathering, held at Rabbi Friedman’s home, provided attendees with an opportunity to speak directly with Walsh and discuss issues affecting residents across Rockland County.
During the event, speakers praised Walsh for his years of public service and highlighted his accessibility to communities throughout the county, as well as his commitment to public safety and maintaining strong relationships with local leaders and law enforcement.
Attendees also spoke about the importance of continued cooperation between the District Attorney’s Office, law enforcement agencies, elected officials and community organizations in addressing public safety concerns and ensuring residents have a direct line of communication with county officials.
Walsh addressed those in attendance and discussed the work of the District Attorney’s Office and its ongoing efforts to protect Rockland County residents.
The event was hosted by Rabbi Abe Friedman, who has long worked to strengthen relationships between law enforcement, government officials and communities throughout Rockland County.
