However, sweepstakes in the US must be available without purchase, and indeed, non-customers can enter the sweepstakes via this link.

The prizes are valued at $20,000 each for tax purposes, and impressively, each of the 10 winners will receive $8,571 to help cover the costs of taxes on the prize! Of course, that bumps up the total ARV of each prize to $28,571, though that will cover the full cost for people paying a marginal tax rate of up to 30%.

I don’t usually cover sweepstakes, but hey, a million Atmos points is a million Atmos points! Plus, there’s cash to cover the taxes, which is a really nice gesture and one that’s often missing from mileage sweepstakes.
